Starter pack, until you can get your life sorted, which includes coffee, tea, milk, sugar, toilet roll, plastic bags, washing up liquid and soap

Booking conditions:

£50 deposit on booking. Balance payable 6 weeks before Saturday of occupancy.

We suggest you take out holiday insurance to cover cancellation. The deposit and final payment is non refundable (unless we can fill the booking)

Payment details:
Cost is in £. sterling.
Euros and US dollars are acceptable and for other currencies, payment in sterling through the bank with conversion at exchange rate when deposit and final payment is made.
Payment can be made:
By cheque payable to JA Holmes.

Booking is Saturday to Saturday
Arrival after 1600hrs departure by 10.00 hrs.

Electricity, gas and coal
First £10 of electricity included in rental. Meter is read at start and on departure unit cost is charged as per Scottish Hydro-electric unit cost. 1 starter bag of coal and Gas isincluded in rental cost

Smoking
We ask people not to smoke in the building purely because smoke taints furnishings which proves difficult to clear before our next clients holiday.

Pet dogs
Sorry but no pet dogs. As dog owners we regret this but with animals on the Croft we do not want risk injury to your pet or our animals. Other pets by arrangement
