The Croft House

Ground floor
This comprises of three rooms:
An open plan kitchen/dining area, lounge and bathroom

Upstairs
The stairs lead to a landing off which, is a double bedroom and room with two singles.

The cottage is remote but not isolated. There is now an access road for vehicles to the cottage with parking nearby

Laundry and drying facilities are available at the main house for you to use whenever required.

There is a small barn (steading) attached to the side of the cottage this is used for storage.

Facilities: Poolewe ( which is about 4 miles away ) has a well stocked shop / post office, cafe / tearoom, and the Poolewe Hotel, Pool House Hotel and Swimming pool.
Gairloch ( about 20 minute drive ) is larger and has more facilities.

Outside
The Croft is situated in private grounds of around half an acre, the original drystone walled cottage garden in front of the Croft looks over to our house on the Croft, approximately 250 metres away. Surrounding the Croft house are maturing broad leaf and pine trees.

		The kitchen is well equipped with gas cooker, microwave, fridge and sink. All crockery and cooking utensils etc. are provided. To help you get started we leave you at starter pack of coffee, tea, milk and sugar.
At the front door looking past the stairs at the kitchen units.	Tea towels, dish cloths, plastic bags, washing up liquid and general cleaning materials are also provided.

Cosy with the wood burning stove roaring away and brilliant for drying those wet socks after a days walking Dining table with 4 chairs The wood burner will be laid ready for lighting (or lit) depending on the time of year, a starter bag of coal is supplied.
All our Guests say the pictues don't do the cottage justice, but try as we might we can't improve them

The lounge has two large comfortable sofas to sink into at the end of the day. Instant heat from there real flame gas fire while you watch satellite television, a video, listen to music, play board games or read

Bathroom has: Electric shower, heated towel rail, wall heater basin and toilet. Towels are provided

The stairs lead to a landing with storage space

Both bedrooms are the same size each has a window in the roof, with blackout blinds for the summer nights when it hardly goes dark. Rooms are headed with electric heaters to keep you snug even in winter. All bed linen is provided
